Purpose for Evaluation

The GCELE program has been successful for many years and I wanted to evaluate how success it is during this time. I would like to complete a SWOT analysis which includes: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. I would like to review how the program can expand and generate other global outreach opportunities.

I chose to review the questions looking through a basic lens of understanding of the project.

How many staff members are currently working in this initiative?

When does the advertising take place?

What is the financial budget used? Who is funding the project?

How does the college choose the country to attend?

Do the countries apply to the college?

What is the interview process entail?

What does the application process assessed?

What training is required for the students?

What safety training takes place?

Impact Evaluation Questions:

I wanted to review questions that would like at the project in process and what data and results can be extracted.

What skills did the students learned that employers found beneficial?

How did the project do overall and the passing rate of the students after completing the project?

Was there a right a fit with leaders and students?

What was the feedback given by the students?

Outcome Evaluation Questions

I wanted to review the perspective of the project deployed overall succefful for the college.

Can the project employ more countries in need?

Are students employed as a result of this project?

Can more students attend this initiative?

Can more sponsored dollars be delegated to the cause?

How has the communities changed as a result of the help of the college?

What do the countries think of the project that was done?
